They disturbed a nesting area of dangerous dinosaurs, and the noise drew a predator toward the human camp. Mik saw the danger and ran to warn Eren.
Eren ordered everyone to stay silent and hidden. The clan drove the predator away with fire and noise, but one hunter was hurt and the stolen food was lost.
Eren blamed Bran for putting the whole group at risk. Bran answered that the leader’s caution was making everyone starve. Then Tala came back and told them about the cave and the river path.
