The Last Dream
A young adult discovers they can notice when they are dreaming and then shape the dream into the rich, joyful life they have always wanted. The dreams feel so rewarding that they begin using sleeping pills to stay asleep longer and return to the same dream each time. Over time, the dream grows stronger, reality feels weaker, and the person can no longer tell which world is real. What began as control becomes loss of control, and the dream life turns into a nightmare that must be faced directly.
